60 days from the date you paid. Bottles come back used, part-used or empty — it makes no difference to us. Start it by emailing [email protected].
The guarantee in full
Every AlkaPic order placed through the official checkout carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. The clock starts on your purchase date, not on the day the parcel arrives, so check your order confirmation email if you need the exact date. Inside that window, dissatisfaction of any kind entitles you to a refund of the purchase price.
The four steps
- Email us at [email protected] inside the 60 days. Give us your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- Wait for the return authorisation. We reply with it and with the correct return address. Please do not post anything before you have it — unauthorised parcels are genuinely difficult to match back to an order.
- Send the bottles back, including any that are empty. Use a tracked service and hold on to the receipt until the refund lands.
- Get your money. Once the return arrives we refund to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days.

How long the money takes
We issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving the return. After that it is in your bank's hands — typically 3 to 10 business days to appear, sometimes longer on an international card. If a fortnight passes with nothing, tell us and we will send you the transaction reference to give your bank.
Damaged, wrong or missing
Arrived damaged or incorrect: email a photograph within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund it in full, shipping included, and there is nothing for you to send back.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived: check with neighbours and your local depot first, since that resolves it more often than not. If it does not, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Where the guarantee does not reach
- Requests made more than 60 days after the purchase date.
- Bottles bought from a marketplace listing or a reseller instead of the official checkout — those fall under that seller's policy, not ours.
- Returns posted without a return authorisation, which we may be unable to identify or credit.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email as soon as you can. Orders enter the fulfilment queue within a few hours, but if yours has not shipped we will cancel it and refund everything, shipping included.
A note on the included guides
The six digital guides sent with the 3 and 6 bottle packages are yours to keep. We do not ask for them back and their value is not deducted from any refund.
